In response to this, Empowered Futures, a non-profit whose premise is to support young adults in their transition to adulthood through business mentorship, self-empowerment workshops and more, emerged as a catalyst for change.

Collaborating with Empowered Futures, the campaign, "Panel at the Park," is strategically devised to address this gender disparity, specifically targeting female students at the University of Calgary. The primary objective is to foster empowerment by equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to assume leadership positions. Our mission is to break boundaries and redefine the status quo.
